The Power of a Yoga Practice

Today I have asked my friend Becky to share some of her thoughts about a daily yoga practice and what yoga means to her. I hope you enjoy her lovely perspective.

My yoga practice benefits me in many ways and it ebbs and flows depending on the day and what’s going on in my life. Some days it serves as a great workout. Some days it brings movement and fluidity to my tired achy body. Some days it’s the mental calmness or the stress relief.

But every single time I come to my mat, no matter what is happening in my life, I always feel healthy, grounded, connected, and loved.

That’s what keeps me coming back. I am brought back to my center, to the very heart of who I am.
