Spirits of Joy — A HUGE Giveaway!!

March 15, 2013 13 Comments

What better way to celebrate Friday than with a Giveaway?!?!

Last Fall Hannah Marcotti released a beautiful gift into the world. In honor of her birthday she shared her newest program Spirits of Joy, for FREE.

It was Hannah’s intention to bring Joy to everyone.

I participated in Spirits of Joy and truly felt joy move through me as I worked through the exercises. What I loved about the course was that I could work through the prompts in a way that fit nicely into my busy life — I completed some as designed, others I pondered as I drove to school pickups or on a walk. I chose not to create an actual vision book. I made the course work for me, and still reaped amazing benefits.

Spirits of Joy is here again, and it all starts Monday. I can’t wait to work through the exercises again. And this time I’m making a vision book. Yum!

Would you like to join me?

In the spirit of giving and releasing Joy to as many women as possible, Hannah’s is gifting 5 Free spots to Perched to Fly readers.

Curious about what Spirits of Joy entails? Here’s a bit from Hannah herself:

This weekend my small joy was getting to spend time with friends. A year ago, my husband & I moved an hour away from our friends & while an hour isn’t that far or a terrible barrier, very few of our friends have come to visit. This weekend was a blessing of friends who are like family! We have loved (are loving!) having them, reconnecting, laughing so hard we cried!

I suppose though that is really a HUGE joy. I’ve been blessed nonetheless.

  2. What a generous opportunity! Thanks so much, Kelli and Hannah!
    My joys this weekend…
the exquisite bright color and smell of daffodils, the warmth and smell of my husband who picked them for me, the boisterous sound of my daughter laughing out loud, a cozy fire in the woodstove on a frigid rainy day, and time to sit and rest, tuning in to the fluttering kicks inside my belly from my soon to be born son…
happy and content in the moment yet sensing the oncoming arrival of spring in all her color, liveliness and hope!

My joy this weekend was spending an entire day with all of my adult children and my one grandchild. We spent the morning at a park, had a picnic lunch, spent time at home baking cookies in the afternoon, and ate a simple dinner together, too. It was pure joy to have a family day together.

I know Hannah creates magical spaces that allow you to feel your own joy so I am crossing my fingers and toes.

The joy I will live this weekend will be clean, lavender scented sheets on a made bed. Space to breath and be quiet and a walk on the beach with my beloved and our two children. 🙂 The small joys all add up to living my joy-filled life everyday, even in the shadows.

This weekend, I am celebrating giving and teaching: I will be holding a workshop at a yoga studio where I combine restorative yoga with Reiki…I’m so excited for it!

  8. Maryann says:

This weekend my husband and I have decided to spend a day by ourselves getting our basement organized, with the help of my in-laws, who will be watching our two kiddos.

It may not seem very romantic on the outside, but for us spending time together is hard to come by. We are looking forward to reaching a goal of a more simple home. Something that we both did together as partners.

My small joy this weekend is my baby, Jackson, will turn 19 on St. Patrick’s Day. He is my leprechaun. And has been a joy almost every day of his life. He is currently in his first year at the Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. A long way from home – Des Moines, Iowa. We will celebrate together with a phone call retelling of his birth story!!!! Thanks.
