Michelle Pfennighaus on The Fulfilling Life

Michelle Pfennighaus is a health coach, holistic business coach and all around fun and inspiring woman. It was a treat to talk with her about finding fulfillment and hear again how sometimes it takes being really unfilled to know what living a fulfilled life looks like.

Michelle shares that part of living a fulfilled life for her means being selfish and also being a bitch. Seriously. Watch and find out. Michelle does not disappoint with her fun and fresh way of looking at fulfillment.

In all seriousness, what Michelle shares is really important — a big part of finding fulfillment is standing up for what you believe in even when it might turn people off. Of course we’re talking about choices that don’t hurt anyone — things like eating a clean, healthy diet, choosing a yoga class over happy hour or leaving a secure well paying job to follow your true passions.

Fulfillment comes when you live your life according to your own values, and not what others think is best for you.

Michelle shares that a key piece in following your own path to fulfillment is really listening closely to what you want.
