I love beginnings — new journals, the start of the school year, new books, new projects.

There are few things that inspire me as much as the New Year. Every January feels full of possibility and a chance to improve on everything that came before.

While the prospect of a fresh, clean slate is exciting, it can also be overwhelming. Sometimes, it is hard to know exactly what you want from the new year.

Digging in and uncovering exactly what you desire in 2014 isn’t always straight forward and easy. Perhaps you come up with a list of goals — eat better, start a meditation practice, exercise more, read 20 books. But are those things really what you want deep down? Are those goals going to help you feel the way you want to in 2014?

I created the Fulfill Your Year e-course to ease your overwhelm and help support you in creating a truly fulfilling new year.

What would it feel like to clearly know what you want in 2014, and then get it all?

Fulfill Your Year offers you guidance through videos, journal prompts, creative exercises and connection with others. With this support you can create a beautiful guide for an amazing 2014. You will receive three emails every week — one on Monday to introduce the theme for the week, another on Wednesday to further reflect and explore the topic and the third email on Friday, including a creative project to work on over the weekend.

  • Week 1 — Reflect. We will look back on 2013. Through reflection you can better understand what you want in the future.
  • Week 2 — Dream. During this week you will clarify how you want to feel in 2014 as well as define your values so that these can guide your dreaming.
  • Week 3 — Plan. You will start to synthesize what you learn in the first two weeks so that you come up with goals for the new year.
  • Week 4 — Create. Learn ways to make your plan your reality.

At the end of our four weeks you will have a clear vision for your very best 2014 and the confidence that you can make it all happen. Together, we will create intentions and make new goals, rooted in the way you want to feel and in alignment with your values. You can create a fulfilling 2014.
